According to the application, the Italian government announced the immigration decree 2023-2024-2025 in the plan for the flow of legal entry of foreign workers for this three-year period. or provides Nulla Osta.
About 35,000 to 40,000 visa applications were submitted through the Visa Processing Center of the Italian Embassy in 2024-2025 under the Work Permit, VFS GLOBAL ITALY. Under the Italian visa policy, the Italian law states that the embassy will process the visa application within a maximum of 90 days from the date of submission of the application.
According to the application, the Bangladeshi migrant worker is waiting for the submission of the immigration visa application with the work permit issued by the Italian government and waiting for the delivery of the visa for 12 to 14 months after the submission of the visa application. An appointment to submit a visa application is not available within the last 6 months to 12 months after the Government issued a Work Visa (N.O.C. or Nulla Osta) from Italy.
